Pricing
During the season we make some special offers for families, groups or individual guests which you may find on this section of our web site. Moreover there will be extra special prices for holiday seasons like Easter or other similar occasions.
Reservation
Your booking is officially confirmed after a bank transfer of a deposit of the 30% of the total cost of your reservation to our bank account.
The rest of the amount is paid upon your arrival.
Cancelation
• Studios: the deposit is returned if the cancellation is made up to 42 days before the arrival.
• Villas: the deposit is returned if the cancellation is made up to 60 days before the arrival.
In case you wish to depart earlier than the initial date of your departure, either from a studio or a villa, there is no refund.
